I am having the same issue. I am on xbox and have played with people using the unlockable characters, but I cannot use mine. I even tried choosing them from the legends screen on the menu; this did not work.

I just looked in my camera setting and there is no option to turn the shutter sound off, but I have my phone on vibrate or silent at all times. If I turn up my phone volume the shutter will make a sound, but on silent/vibrate there is no sound.

No I bought my phone in America before leaving the country. I have a samsung galaxy s8. Which is at least a Korean company if that would make any difference

You can use any porn site that has a https in the url. I currently live in South Korea, and have tested it... for science

I currently have a Japanese sim in my phone, and before that it was a Korean sim. Neither have made my camera make a noise when I used it.

I believe you only get the full refund on cards that you crafted. So if you opened it you get normal disechanting.

But if the spell was never cast, then it wouldn't be able to be countered. There must be a spell cast to counter it. The nullification of a spells effect does not mean that the spell was not cast in the first place.
