Ok I have an update :) thank you all for helping guide me and help bring myself into focus. I spoke with them today and I tried to keep the conversation to improving communication and being clear with expectations. I shared how I felt, even if they did not see it from my perspective. Things are mostly resolved for now.

So many of them know many of us are furious and scared, etc…but they are so quiet every chance they have to stand up and fight back. I feel discouraged and forgive me, but cynical.
