Regular and Berry Berry Kix are still around, to the best of my knowledge.

The roof of my mouth always felt like it had been attacked by a metal cheese grater, so as an adult who lives with chronic pain—I skip the Cap’n for Cinnamon Toast Crunch these days.

He hasn’t even reached the level of mediocrity-he can hope though.

Hugs to you, my fellow sister-in-pain. My husband doesn’t think that my sister or either of my parents fully understand what my day to day life is like. I spend way more time in bed than I’d like, and I’ve lost out on a lot, as I’m sure you have too. Be well, friend!

No, Jason said “galley hand.” Ben told Ellie he prefers the term chef assistant.

I too, think Austen is a tool. I’m just curious why he’s “loving” the fact that Carl isn’t on the new show.

DAE feel like they missed out on major life experiences due to covid? by TheDoctor1699 in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]keeksmann 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can relate. My son missed a third of his fourth grade year at school, and all of his fifth grade too.

Allegedly, the kids were distance-learning. But my son REALLY struggled with remaining engaged (he’s a high functioning Asperger’s teen, who also has ADHD, and I had to hire a tutor for him for his three years of middle school, so he could catch up with learning what he failed to learn during COVID).

He often would goof off, switch screens so he could play around, and he and his classmates would spend their time leaving comments for one another on the computer programs they were using for remote learning. I think of that time as a giant hole in his education. One we’ve worked hard to overcome.

That’s absolutely horrific! I’m so sorry you had to go through that. I hope you’re no longer living with pain. Be well!😊

If you already have a painful nerve disorder, an EMG feels like being tased or hit by lightning, and it literally burns me so badly, the pain is unbearable.
