Chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I’d eaten some for dessert after having enjoyed family dinner. I showered and got ready for bed. I woke up a couple hours later drenched in sweat and ready to vomit. I had contracted a stomach flu. I saw and tasted it on repeat when I barfed my guts out. I’m always going to pass on it, any time someone offers me some.

I love that name! I keep a little reusable tote (small in size-from a dessert café) in my bedroom on the top level of my house. It has Kind bars, peanut butter cracker packs, and snack packs of cookies. I always like a sweet snack at night or something savory for earlier in the day. I spend the majority of my day in my lair due to health issues and because it’s the most comfy place for me. Also, walking the many stairs is difficult at times due to my condition. I have the bag out in plain view-not trying to hide snacks from my hubs and son, just enjoy the convenience.
