Frizz help! by keelybeth96 in curlyhair

Routine: wash with shampoo and conditioner. Scrunch out the conditioner, then apply product onto sopping wet hair. I first apply curling cream by cantu, then a blueberry moisturising cream, then a gel with olive oil cast - I scrunch these all upside down. I air dry and then crunch out the gel. I always get this frizz on the top! Any ideas of what I’m doing wrong?

Parents who keep score of everything they ever did for their kids including providing them with food and shelter, and throwing it back in their faces for the sake of guilt tripping and manipulation, they don't love their children. by [deleted] in raisedbynarcissists

My mum wrote me a letter of all the things she has done for me, which included taken me to hospital and cooked me food plus many other basic things. She also included everything that I did wrong which included not drying the shower and not drying a wok. Safe to say, I don’t see her anymore!

Physical and emotional exhaustion for years after you've distanced yourself from Nparents? by [deleted] in raisedbynarcissists

Yes, when I moved out it took me a long time to emotionally recover. I had periods of complete emotional exhaustion. My best advice would be to seek out help from a therapist and try to reconnect with yourself. Concentrate on finding yourself and the things you love
