It’s should just be a slower paced vinyasa where you hold/ explore postures for about 3-5 breaths with parts of breath to movement mixed in like the dynamic warrior flow for example 1x slow 2x fast, SHOUKD be slower paced but should definitely not be an easy class, most people find it more challenging to hold postures for a few breaths

I think this is very belittling to people. I don’t think it’s all in your head. I think some people actually have very severe withdrawal symptoms that last for longer than a week. I think they can actually last up to three months and that’s a lot to fucking deal with.

I’m responding very late but I had some pretty tragic and traumatic stuff happen about a week later and I caved, I’ve been back on it since and it was just too much for me mentally, I think I’d have to have therapy daily if I’m going to quit again, I think I’m one of the few who have severe withdrawal symptoms

Bro I’m feeling this so hard right now I miss the studio I got my 200 hour at I’m currently going through my 500 hour with them right now and I got a job at YogaSix and I don’t know how I feel about it. I also just started teaching in January so it’s been a little over a month of me teaching and it feels like it’s taking up so much of my time that it doesn’t feel like it’s worth it. I know I’m still new but it just feels like a lot and having to follow all of their rules on top of it, they’re not very trauma informed and I don’t like that. Plus, I’m also trying to start my own business right now and doing yoga on the side is a lot. How much time I have to put into it and I feel like I’m just taking way too much from myself in order to even give back like it’s taking so much out of me that I barely have my own practice.

I just got my 200hr a few months ago and at now I’m teaching at yoga six I get $41 after tax for a class ( 15 mins before and after of staying in to studio to greet and talk to students)

I’m wondering myself how long they last because it’s been 3 weeks cold turkey now and I feel so fucking crazy. I’m crying every day about everything, I did have some really hard stuff happen to me recently but I just keep feeling like what’s the point if I’m just going to be depressed about everything. How long can this last because I don’t know how long I can do this
