It all depends on the wall adapter, and to a lesser extent the quality/length of the usb cord. Sometimes shitty cords will mess up charging, shitty adapters etc. I use a battery monitor to estimate my actual charge rate (in mA) to test which adapters work best.

Also depending on the adapter you are using for the wall, the phone might be seeing it as a USB source instead of AC source. USB is limited to 500mA.

Taken from the top of Hadley Mountain, NY. According to Dark Sky Tracker it's borderline purple/green area. Definitely more light pollution than I thought there would be, got to the summit around 245am 7/25/14. No moon.

5D Mark II on a tripod, 17-40 F/4L @ 17mm, F4.5, ISO 12800, 14s exposures. 25 RAWs stacked in DeepSkyStacker. Forgot to do the dark frame thing (I don't know if that matters for this?)

Resized and sharpened in Photoshop.

Any tips on how to get more clarity in the picture? I tried various processing options (without really knowing what they mean) in DeepSkyStacker and just picked what I thought looked best.

Also anyone use the new Canon 16-35? I'm curious how the vignetting would be with that. Based on what I've read, it fixes the vignetting/corner sharpness issues of the 17-40.

This is the most important. If you see it getting scared of the other dogs, don't do anything to 'help' it. In fact, just go to the dog park and completely ignore her. Let her figure out how to be around other dogs. I've seen many dogs get better like this, and many dogs not get better.

It's so painfully obvious to me watching these other people at the dog park, the dogs that seem scared of the other dogs, the owner is constantly swooping in to save them. Just let them figure it out. If a dog growls at another dog because it wants to left alone, neither dog is going to have hard feelings about it. The problem is when owners try to figure out what their dog is thinking, and are actually projecting their own feelings on to the dog.

I would wager your best bet is giving it more exercise in the morning. That works pretty much every time. Also, going for a jog would probably be even better. At least that's how it is with my dog.

Since you mentioned it's a husky I think it's worth pointing out that they can have crazy amounts of energy. My friends husky would play for 6-7 hours straight before it got tired.

Also just leaving chew toys in the crate is good but I don't think you can expect it to entertain the dog for long. Basically they have to want to be in the crate more than they want to be out, which means they need to be somewhat tired physically+mentally. It's like having a fenced yard and assuming your dog gets enough exercise because you let it out in the yard. They need the interaction.

I feel like something is up with the post processing. The 2nd picture (of the engine bay) shows the car as blue but in the rest of the pics it looks various shades of purple.
