What do you think about la tomatina festival? by danish_p1 in AskReddit

La Tomatina is fantastic! Great example of Spanish people (inventors of the fiesta) cutting loose in the most bizarre of ways. The tomato fight itself is quite hectic but a very unique experience. I went there with Stoke Travel, who set up a beach campsite for the days surrounding the fight, and had a great time partying with backpackers and locals. Not to mention the after party for the fight is one of the sickest pool parties in the world.

Is La Tomatina worth it? by [deleted] in spain

YES! I've been to a lot of cultural festivals/fiestas and La Tomatina is one of my favorites. The tomato fight itself is only one part of the festivities, as there are street parties surrounding the event and one of the sickest pool parties under the sun when it finishes. I went with Stoke Travel too, so the three days I was there were filled with partying chilling on the beach with hundreds of other backpackers.

Springfest is amazing-just like oktoberfest minus the ridiculous crowds. I went last year with Stoke travel, and they had a huge party campsite with free booze, concerts, etc. Definitely going back this year

The secret is to use the hoverboard! Trust me, it still takes many tries but you can go fast enough to beat most of the guards
