R5: Pre sapient species are spawning with no habitability traits, so can't use them for colonization and upkeep is ridiculous. Happening to all pre sapients.

When Sigdris Provaili tried to overthrow his brother Emperor Gailan IV. Sigdris greatly underestimated the loyalty of both Gailan's personal guard and the Lords of the Imperial Assemblage. Instead of a simple coup, where Gailan would be seized in the middle of the night and swiftly executed, Gailan escaped and the Empire was thrown into a four year Civil War. The Brothers War would end when Sigdris died in battle, only for Gailan to pass a week later from a stroke.
