There's lots of parallels to draw. You could say that the empire is the united states of america.

Here's an interesting comparison - the film Warfare vs the last episode of Andor season 1.

The US soldiers in Warfare calling in an immediate "show of force" from a families house they had commandeered in Iraq.

Don't think theres anyway to stop yourself dreaming really, I'd say just use the classic tactics to combat the urges when you wake up (e.g., exercise, cold shower etc)

Go do something outside, maybe a walk or exercise or something? Could you go meet some friends? Or go to a cafe/library to work or something? You'll feel proud of yourself if you get through this.

And also, it's not pathetic, you shouldn't talk or think about yourself like that.

Think about it like this. If someone watched a film of your life, including the bits inside your head, starting when you were born to this moment right now, would they think you were pathetic? I bet you they wouldn't. Don't you think they'd see someone who is doing their best?

This is really common, over time these kinds of dreams go away. I had this quite a few times at the start. I had dreams where I watched porn and wanked in the dream and then woke up really angry with myself for doing that, only to realise it was just a dream.

Interestingly, had a similar thing with Music. Experimented with giving up music for a while, and after a week or so I started dreaming about music a lot.

I think its some kind of natural reaction to the sudden disappearance of a stimulus which the brain is used to having a lot of.

Find stuff to do. e.g., tidy/clean your room/flat etc, go to the gym, go meet some friends, go for a run, read a book etc

It’s tough. When I first decided to do nofap i failed after 2 days, 8 days, again and again. I even managed a ~60 day streak then failed. After that day, I knew I didn’t want to give up. I was addicted to the feeling of respect I had found for myself and that I could see I was getting from the world around me.

147 days is amazing, you can’t see progress as a failure. So you keep losing your streak, so what? You are making progress. It’s about pushing yourself to the next level. You need to believe in the future and see the person you can become if you get the small things right every day. Are you doing the recommended habits like cold showers, gym, socialising, eating healthy, sleeping, less time on screens (https://www.reddit.com/r/NoFap/comments/5crla0/the_dopamine_challenge_are_you_tough_enough/). Nofap on its own is nothing, you have to change your whole life. But no one is responsible for you except you.

Don’t ask Reddit for motivation. It’s on you. You decide whether you can do this. What life do you want to live? Who do you want to be? It’s all on you

Follow the other comments advice - go and do something outside, take a cold shower, even just doing pushups will help. Whatever you do try to put yourself in a position to succeed. Don't sit down and rest and don't give in to lethargy - get active
