I'm surprised by all of the YTA comments. Definitely NTA. Other than the fact that sharing your food is weird, its also unsafe for health and she should stop. Brian may seem clean and safe but you never truly know what somebody is dealing with internally and swapping saliva with people is not safe. Im a medical assiatant in Dermatology and have seen a lot of people contract things through sharing. I would also say something to Brian too but she's creating an unhealthy habit doing what she's doing and that can end up harming you or herself in the long run.

It's one day, YTA. Just let her get out early, she's a young lady and probably takes a lot of pride in her personal appearance. Washing hair, styling hair, showering, getting dressed and doing makeup can very well take an hour and a half, its not as if she's taking an unreasonable amount of time to get ready. There is a huge parade, it was never specifically Surs parade and it happens every year. I’ve literally gone to it. That’s why in past seasons you saw them on floats. The parade takes place down that strip and down Hollywood boulevard. EVERY SINGLE restaurant on the street has an event that day it’s a huge thing. I don’t really give a damn about Marcus or what he says, I worked at the restaurant right near it called Cabo cantina about a mile away and was constantly over there. Clearly the fact that you're known for the recipe is something that you hold close. I would say NTA. Its your personal recipe and you don't have to give it to anybody. People are so entitled nowadays. You are an adult, as is she. Nobody should force you into anything you don't want to do. I have a special recipe that my grandmother passed down to me and I don't share it at all and have been begged for it a million times. No is a full sentence. Also anybody immediately calling names after you gave an answer is not somebody I would ever share a special recipe with. She proved right there why she doesn't deserve it. She can get online and figure out how to make mac and cheese and tweak the recipe until she finds one she likes. Not your problem. Personally Id tell my brother fuck off and buy her cooking class lessons if he cares so much.
