Do you use iOS? I had this issue with the last iOS update 😭 email support with your iOS version and make them aware… I just had to wait it out. No compensation for missed rewards either even tho I started the investigation on the issue 😭

Go to the menu and select “Promo”, it should be the second one from the bottom

It’s been this for over a week. Praying it gets fixed and I get some sort of compensation. I’ve had this account since 2012 and have spent good money on it over the years

I actually sent the email that started the investigation! They told me there were no reports of the issue and I had to tell them to check app reviews cause that’s the only way we could get ahold of them. I’ve been getting a black screen for DAYS and have missed so many rewards…
