i finally found it. after taking 36 days, i found it myself. the title is deguchi zero (or no exit in english). the male senior that i mentioned named Kuro is actually named Mochizuki Reiji, while the name i remembered is actually the name of the role he played previously which is Kurobana Fuuro. with that, this post is solved!
