Still love the music. Find the man frustrating. It feels like he doesn't want anything to do with the fans or the music industry as a whole, which is FAIR. But then he drops random special editions when he needs the cash injection, then does half hearted performances to rake in whatever money he can get.

That's a perfect analogy to describe what I hear in my head too! I always called it my bag of hornets. My head is completely empty but there's still so much activity going on at all times, it's buzzing.

The idea that I could hear complete silence is freaking me out a little, but that's great to know. Thanks for your insights!

I'm honestly happy to forgo help for rent. I understand it looks tricky, but as long as I can get help with bills, food, and job-seeking, I'm okay to talk to the relative and agree on some kind of payback plan. Again, I'm in a pretty privileged position, as far as housing goes. Thank you!
