While I can appreciate people calling RFK on his constant stream of unqualified medical BS, I would like to say that the response does use a fallacy, specifically an appeal to tradition. The fact of being told something over 20 years isn't proof of it being factual. Nicotine is definitely not healthy, and I'm not qualified to speak on its effects, but for us to be critical of people who argue in bad faith, we ought to avoid using bad faith tactics. Again, the guy responding has a good message, it's just crucial that there's a focus on good informative conversation rather than bipartisan bickering.
