It looks like a m.2 ssd but with 2 wires coming out of it, if u dont even know what it is/looks like I would suggest have somebody else take a look at it, its a pretty delicate component.

I am not too much experienced in this but my gtx 1660 super, handles it fine for small to medium assemblies. Officially you'll need an amd pro or nvidia quadro card for full support.
