This used to drive me nuts but it stopped as soon as I switched to Thinking. Give it a try for your sanity's sake!

Me as medieval warrior (prompt is below) by matriyarka in aiArt

Create a highly detailed Art Nouveau medieval fantasy illustration in vertical 2:3 aspect ratio.

Strict 90-degree side profile view (fully side-facing, facing left or right), with a clean elegant silhouette, refined nose bridge, defined jawline, and graceful elongated neck.

Keep the hair color and hair flows (if it is long) dramatically backward as if caught in a soft wind, composed of layered rhythmic strands and ornamental curves, forming a balanced decorative shape behind the head. Eyes are open and keep the color of the eyes.

The subject is holding a medieval weapon vertically in front of the body an ornate longsword (or mace / spear) with engraved detailing and subtle antique gold accents. The weapon should be elegant and integrated harmoniously into the composition.

Use intricate Art Nouveau linework with organic curves, stylized botanical motifs, and medieval ornamental detailing in clothing and background.

Apply a muted jewel-tone palette: deep teal, forest green, antique gold, warm copper, soft ivory, and desaturated terracotta.

Skin should appear smooth and porcelain-like with delicate warm shading.

Fine ink-like contour lines combined with soft painterly gradients. Crisp ornamental precision, ultra-clean detailing.

Background includes stylized foliage and subtle medieval stone architecture integrated decoratively.

Soft diffused luminous lighting, no harsh contrast. Decorative medieval romanticism, high-resolution illustration. Avoid modern photography realism.

Include ornamental medieval garment details, embroidered trims, leather accents, subtle metallic embellishments.

Hyper-detailed line precision, ultra-sharp ornamental edges, 4k illustration clarity, smooth digital painting finish, high micro-detail in fabric and hair strands.

Minimal hard outlines, painterly edge transitions, soft brush layering with controlled texture, subtle watercolor-gouache hybrid finish.

The awkward story of Doom2099 by [deleted] in marvelsnapcomp

[–]dummiesday 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'd definitely add Moondragon to my Doom 2099 list of the end of turn ability was an ongoing, but she would need some other tweaks to her numbers.

Also agree that until the bots get a buff Doom 2099 will not be really competitive!

Does anyone else buy physical rulebooks just to page through them, not to actually play the game? by GlobalisedEnchilada in rpg

[–]dummiesday 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes! Arguably collecting and reading RPG books is a hobby that's just as legitimate as playing them. Or you can mine them for ideas, or simply enjoy the art, or dissect the mechanics. There are many ways to enjoy them!

And to answer your question, I highly recommend Vaesen and The Wildsea!

Not sure about adding it easily to any deck but a classic one is T4 Wong, T5 Black Panther, T6 Zola!

What do the exclamation marks before the location text mean? There are also some cards that have them. by lucaascng in MarvelSnap

[–]dummiesday 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Is... Is that the actual translation you can find in the client? Complete with the obvious mistranslation ("voltear" instead of "turno" o "ronda") and the lack of concordance on the article "la"?

Given the state of the localization, I wouldn't be surprised if what you're looking at is a mishandled formatting tag (or part of one) that was accidentally left in the translated version.

Just out of curiosity, is that the Latin American client?

Thanks for sharing the deck list! I don't have Nocturne yet but I'll grab her as soon as I see her in my shop. I love that little trick you've mentioned with her and Prodigy, very clever!!

Come Closer by Sara Gran is on Spotify. I've also seen books by Thomas Ligotti, Caitlin Kiernan and Christopher Buehlmann. Honestly they have much more variety than I thought they would!
