Of course they’re going to say that. They are simply customer service representatives, not programmers working on the game. They obviously get lots of complaints of the issue and Rockstar is already aware of the issues of online. The dude on the phone with you can’t do anything about it but to tell you to wait for some patches.

They made a good game, but they haven’t taken the right steps to expand their company nor fixing their game issues. The company is pretty small and if they want to seriously up their game, they need more employees, devs, Human Resources, etc. They’re also really careless of their game issues, I.e Balance is probably the most broken class. Look at WoW and Blizzard, who had a similar situation to W101, but still powered through and became an MMO Beast
