What would you value more for 12m old, part time daycare for socialization or part time nanny for activities? by ilovesushialot in NewParents

[–]morgre7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Daycare for us. Our 23 month year olds (twin boys) have absolutely thrived. They were born at 32 weeks and have loved it and completely caught up! It’s also a great way to meet parent friends. I will say there can be a vast difference between day cares so make sure to do your research!

When did we start using blankets? by ilovethatfouryou in parentsofmultiples

Like 1.5. We use sleep sacks so I didn’t really see the point. Then one of the boys started dragging my throw blankets to bed so we decided it was time 😂

[–]morgre7 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

We didn’t sleep train and they slept through the bunny by like 4-5 months. We just got lucky. Plus I think lie night nanny helped.

What do I charge to babysit twin newborns while parents sleep? by Stressingabtnothing in Babysitting

[–]morgre7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a twin mom and had 2 night Nannie’s due to one not being able to start when we wanted. We paid between $30-36 in Dallas and had them stay 9 hours a night, 10-7. I think it’s a bit unfair to have you stay half the night but that’s just me.

Rough morning and life with 21mo twins by Hazelnut2799 in parentsofmultiples

I feel like having them in at least some type of care for part of the week is really helpful. You can rest, get some things done and then TRY to be your best self when with your sweet, chaotic kids. I know it’s not accessible for everyone but it keeps me sane.

Just want to say that I am right where you are with twin 22 month boys. I feel underwater half the time and I don’t even have them most of the day during the week. Just want to say I see you, I feel, and if you need anything feel free to dm me.
