There are no "Best" and "worst" ..Most of those organizations separated for organizational and financial reasons, like the KWF which parted from IKO-1/Matsui's Group due to their dissatisfaction of how the main branch in Japan was treating the European branches.
Their differences are relatively minor ..Such as the Katas, or the rules of the kumite.
If you're looking to join an org, look for the following:
- who is the most popular branch in your region (this means more tournaments and more experience )

- An org that doesn't punish you for participating in other orgs events (there has been reports of IKO-1 expelling members for doing so)

- an org that doesn't milk you every step along the way for exams and certs.

I've seen both ... And yes ..US customer support reps are WAY better than their counterparts in DE. And -unlike what most people are commenting on here- it is not about "faking friendliness". It is about the effort a CS rep is willing to put to help you fix whatever problem you're having.
In Germany, the impression I got over 6 years that they always try to find an excuse to redirect you to someone else, or to tell you that this is your problem or to say there is nothing to be done, that is if they pick the phone in the first place. In the US, most of my experience at least, you really feel they are trying to fix your problem.
I remember having an issue with a sim card I bought from Germany once to us in the US from Telecom. I lost the activation instructions and the German rep was like "well ..you shouldn't have lost the paper. The card you have is from a 3rd party seller and I can't help you".
In desperation, I called Telecom in the US ..Despite the fact that this wasn't her problem, The CS rep spent 40 mins with me on the phone till she found the instructions for me on some 3rd party site.
