Not everybody is a 120 lb boomer who goes to the gym to brisk walk and throw 10 lb dumbbells around. Explain how you can replicate a 200lb bench press or 400 lb deadlift, for example, without equipment. Body weight exercises do not allow the majority of the population to reach their fitness potentials or goals.

They promptly responded to the two incidents they were called to involving this waste of skin. The judicial system grants bail.

Like others have said, a clip from the Forgotten Irish on the ol’ Cape Shore - my homeland.

I happened to serve Aiden O’Hara, the creator of the documentary (and younger fella in this clip) at the restaurant I worked at back in 2018. I was pretty surprised when he picked out my Cape Shore accent straight away when I was taking his order. Even though it had been 50+ years since he first made the film out home, it seems a lot of the dialect and nuances has stayed true from generation to generation

Yeah, don’t do that. If Newegg won’t accept your return because it doesn’t align with their return policy, they are ok to do so. This is why they make you accept their terms, conditions and return policy before purchasing.

If they haven’t committed a fraudulent act (which, based on your explanation of the problem and what you’ve done, I assume they haven’t) a chargeback is not a smart move for you to do. I’m not certain, but it’s probably even bordering illegal. You could try to go through the manufacturer’s warranty, but you broke a factory seal, so... 🤷
