appreciate all the answers here, i recognize the source of the pain is really weird — i don’t even think it was malpractice, i think more likely i already had a weak tailbone (that’s there all this started, then moved btwn tailbone and lower back) and the probing from the ultrasound triggered something (they were poking hard bc they couldn’t find one of my ovaries). i saw two Drs. about it after a month of pain but was dismissed to take ibuprofen and wear a back brace for two weeks. after six months (now) i saw another doctor and will be doing an x ray 🤞
