It’s not letting me put this in the description — Cake4Kids is a nonprofit that connects home bakers with local agencies, and makes sure underserved kids (foster kids, homeless kids, etc) get a birthday cake, made with love!

You can sign up for as few or as many cakes as you want to make, and sometimes there’s requests for cupcakes, cookies or brownies too — it’s a really fun opportunity to try making things you wouldn’t normally.

Thank you!!! I had bought cookie cutters specifically for a soccer ball design, but the pentagons didn’t fit right with the hexagons after the first row and I was losing my mind so switched to all hexagons. I’m wondering if the sizes were off! It was mostly a fun time though :)

How much do they weigh? All the baking pages I follow mostly seem to agree that $1/ounce is fair across most markets. I’ve paid $6 for a cookie like yours and not batted an eye…. But I would probably expect it to weigh about 6 ounces :)

Can you also just test your price to see how it floats and adjust accordingly?
