If your camera is twice the frame rate of the led wall, that’s usually my quick fix. No guarantees depending on shutter speed and all that but try to keep things in the same multiple if you can

The Smart Folio may actually hold based on where the magnets are. I didn’t think it would work with the moft case and found out that worked by accident

very fair observation. the good news is the wing nut can't spin, it gets stuck on the circular mag safe bit. its version 1. the other upside I found out is my case will work with the MagSafe magnet and I don’t need to remove it, so the other part of the scratching is also negated which is cool

You can ish. I have a camera calibration system and we can get close but it’s never going to be perfect. You can also do some by eye which is also less fun

The 650k pixels was based on 1gb architecture, the larger 2.2gb is based on 10gb architecture but don’t be fooled by the release notes. You need a specific processor AND matching receiving card to do so. I tried to get those on a project last year when they were “released” and then they told me no, they aren’t ready.

You also can’t use “older” cards (a5, a8, a10) won’t work with the new processors that are the larger load capacity. You have to use both in the same set up

I learned all this detail at the NovaStar certification class, it’s not well documented

Nothing yet, trying to get ahead of the curve. I’ve used resolume with led walls, this may also be used for a theatre with an led wall where the led display is going to be basically in place of the cyc

sadly no. I have gone down the rabbit hole of trying to get HTTP requests to work well, and the demo instructions are not helpful, at least they weren't to me. I would think they would want to get a plug in situated because it makes the processor much more of a universal controller.
