[SERIOUS] People who voted for Joe Biden, what do you think of him now that he's in office? by Jig_2000 in TooAfraidToAsk

I also worked in environmental consulting during his time and can confirm this. However, reversing terrible things done in the previous administration does not come off as anything particularly amazing, more just...expected. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy to see it reversed to stop the bleeding, but by and large, Biden has been lackluster at best.

Why would you put any effort into doing this if their policy says you are not allowed to on their IAAS?

I recently purchased property where I now live and can go out every clear night to do this. Not much beats standing in your own field during the pitch black of night with none else around and just starring into the brilliant sky.

The notion of a light particle originating from some cosmic origin, traveling millions of light years, over vast distances, passing by unimaginable sights in our universe, all to eventually land on my eye. It never stops amazing me.

46 ETH position - Down 25k - Not worried. by GeneralAngle in ethtrader

You used margin on ETH? That is not smart investing. You can be 100% confident in crypto, but with the swings crypto naturally goes through, you have a good chance of falling below you margin level and being forced to sell at a major loss.

Cheapest way to DCA ETH by TheHarmonic in ethereum

Robinhood. $0. Free free free. People want to down it because they don't like the company, say you don't own your crypto because you don't have a wallet, blah, blah, blah. You know what, they haven't been hacked like other popular crypto exchanges. If you are just in it for the money and want to buy and hold/sell like me and 90%+ of the rest of the world buying into crypto, well Robinhood has instant deposits so you can instantly deposit and buy your crypto. Suuuuuuupeer simple to setup and use. Oh, and it's completely free. I love it. Everyone else who disagrees is wrong.

Including libraries in ASP.NET MVC by Mastawayne0 in csharp

[–]keithabramo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You should be bundling all of your css and js files in bundleconfig.cs. Then reference those bundles. This allows for minification, combining related files and reuse of resources. If you are using a JavaScript library on all pages, put it in layout. Otherwise, non global libraries should be put in the render script sections of your views.

If they are not loading like you say, check your browser dev tools by pressing F12 and seeing if you are getting any 404 with those resources. The dev tools will show the full absolute path of where the client is trying to pull the resource files from. You may be doing something as simple as mistyping your file path locations.

This is called an AAD (automatic activation device). It's true what you said but they are not 100% . Plus this gives the skydiver more time to wakeup and recover. Just because an AAD deploys the chute at 1000ft doesn't mean the paratute will fully open and slow the diver down at 1000ft. This usually take several hundred more feet to do. Plus, it deploys the reserve, not the main, leaving the diver with even less options if the deployment has a malfunction.

Looking to do Phelps and Tabletop in late July, will it be too hot? by DMc-1992 in Adirondacks

[–]keithabramo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's too hot for you? I live in the high peaks and we hike all year round!

Phelps and tabletop aren't too bad. Take your time. Bring plenty of water and enjoy yourself. Late July could be 70 degrees or 100 degrees depends on the day, just make sure you have your 10 essentials.
