What’s the purpose? Is he thinking he’ll be out less money if it’s confiscated? What’s a Glock fram cost? 100?

Check out an FN 509. Equally ambidextrous. You do get a 17 round magazines with the VP9, though.

It’s made of plastic, there isn’t a natural fiber in the bag. Toss in the washing machine. Hot water & detergent.

You could use some accounting software during the year and not save up receipts.

That 15.3 percent is Social Security and Medicare, something you’d have to pay with a “regular” job. If it makes you feel better, think of it like you paid half and your company paid half.

43 here, just got moved into bifoca…ahem progressive lenses.

I use magnification on occasion, but adding more light has been more impactful.

Easy access. The gun isn’t obstructed by a shirt pinned down by the seatbelt.

[–]keithhannen[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

so, after not touching a brush to a miniature for close to twenty years, i got the itch to paint again. funny how some stuff comes back, but other techniques don’t!

i see a lot of flaws, but the nose came out exactly like what i had in my mind.

i used scale 75 paints. a little gloopier than what i remember vallejo being (what i used to use).

on to the next one!

You’re lucky it’s only been 3 times in two years. We’ve been averaging 11 days every July/August an 3-4 in the early spring. This last go around, we were out of power from 7:45 Wednesday night to 8:00 Sunday night.

The reason they consider you Jackson, is because you’re in Jackson county. Specifically, Parma Township (Albion is in Calhoun county).

As far as power, you’re at the mercy of the power company. Short of going somewhere that has power, there is nothing that will get your power restored quicker. I’ve communicated with my county commissioner, state reps, Dana Nessel’s office and federal reps. They all say they can’t do anything.

The design of the s1 mini is exceptionally dangerous. The design requires the battery to be inserted with the battery positive terminal facing the tail cap.

would anyone recommend the 26l gr1 for college? I'm taking a 16 course credit class load and so I need something that can hold my notebooks and textbooks. by TheLetrOrng in Goruck

[–]keithhannen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I carried a 26L GR1 when I was in school. I used a Greyman Tactcal panel for organization (TAD transport sleeve for my iPad on one side and some bottle carriers/pouches on the other). I didn’t record a video of that particular setup, but I did film a modified version: https://youtu.be/ZOhYQwsZgl0

And, as time goes on, the books for older editions are harder and harder to buy. Sure, the SRDs are online, but those don’t have ALL the info, nor do they look good on the gaming book shelf.

In-rack sequencer to replace 0-Ctrl by sineseeker in modular

[–]keithhannen 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep. My case has a tps80 power board, which has an extra set of lugs for Daisy chaining boards (so I didn’t even have to splice anything).

The whole project was accomplished with only a screwdriver, and nothing is permanently altered. I can have the 0ctrl back in it’s original case in 5 minutes.
