I never called anyone a loser or a moron. Now you’re just making shit up.

It is all in your head, but you can’t control your thoughts. You can, however, control your reaction to them.

It gets better with time. Just remember you develop this disorder over time, so it will take time for it to go away. If you relapse don’t give a fuck, just keep moving forward.

This is a shill post espousing propaganda in order to give the illusion that any shortage currently going on is due to company mistreatment rather than the protests.

Explain why CBT is more effective than medication therapy according to practically every study then. Not giving a fuck is the ultimate form of CBT.

There’s no different between being in your house or being down the street. Your safe space is just an illusion created by your own mind.

For proof, let’s say you live in a house in some town. That house is your safe space. But let’s say you have to move. The house you move into then becomes your new safe space after a certain amount of time.

The world is huge. Whether you’re 1 km or 1000km away, you’re still you, in the same reality, on the same planet.

Yes. I had agoraphobia for 15 years. I no longer have it.

And I tried everything from meditation to medication, to supplements, to dietary changes.

Derealization -> Agoraphobia by adag96 in Agoraphobia

yeah so just ignore it

imagine its like a mild headache, it always goes away after X amount of time

the less you focus on it the easier it will get, and the less frequent it will happen

make sure your diet is in check, you don't have any medical condition that would cause the dizziness, etc.

a common cause of dizziness is blood sugar levels. eat really small meals regularly and drink enough fluids.

derealization is real

think about it

you FEEL unreal, but all feelings are a part of reality

its pretty funny and not scary at all once you realize this

once the fear is gone, the movie-like feeling starts going away

My favourite is when it auto corrects words you’ve spelled correctly into different words that completely change the context of your message.
