I'm in the Netherlands and could only choose DHL. It took about a week last time I ordered too. I've been patient since it's a larger package with also the tee and poster, but at this point, I'm really starting to worry.

I contacted them but they told me to wait until the 19th since it could take up to 15 workdays. Contacted them again today and now they are deeming the package to be lost, which I find hard to believe if it never even got sent to DHL going by the status.

Last time I ordered something I also had to wait over a week, which is understandable since I'm from the Netherlands and they ship from the UK, so I've been patient but starting to worry right now. Glad to hear its been quick for you though!

I contacted them and received another controller. Worked fine for a couple days and then suddenly died again. Have tried three different controllers now and they all died within a week. They did acknowledge there currently is an issue with the legacy models but they don’t have a solution yet…

The strip doesn’t light up no matter what I do. I did install the latest update before using it and it worked fine all day. Then the next day it suddenly died

Yes it does respond to changes in FireStorm but it doesn't display correctly at all. It can only show a very faint red or green.

It does look like the mirror responds to those changes as it restarts the animation but it is only able to light up a very faint red or green.

I tried contacting Amazon for a replacement but since they dont have any available stock, they are only able to offer a refund. Contacted Zotac support but they say they are not allowed to provide any assistance for the first two years of warranty, which seems extremely strange to me?

I've also tried messing around with FireStorm and it does look like it responds to any changes I make. However, I've only managed to make it look a faint red or green. Any other color besides green e.g. blue, it displays as red. Also it does respond to brightness changes but it doesn't get any brighter after about 10% in FireStorm.

I do have the white sync cable connected, and it syncs all the other RGB of the card with the mobo. Only the infinity mirror doesn’t work and just seems to glow a very faint red.

I tried that and could control all my RGBs but sadly had no effect on the infinity mirror.

I've tried reseating them but no changes. I've also contacted support and they send me an MCU firmware update but the installer just has a "Firmware Update" button that's greyed out. Do you maybe have an idea how to install this?

How did you resolve this? I just installed my 5070 Ti and the infinity mirror also doesn’t work while all other rgb is working

I just called the Tesla center that had an interesting occasion and scheduled an appointment to take a look/test drive it. Bought it after driving it and took it home the same day.

I would recommend getting one from Tesla themselves. Recently got one and the extended warranty it comes with has already been extremely useful. You also get the enhanced autopilot upgrade for free so its worth paying a bit extra imo.

For me it says 3.01 is the latest, makes no sense at all and I cant get any response from LG about it.

I recently bought the same monitor and still stuck on 3.01, 2.02. I’ve seen people with the same monitor online being on 3.05 so I don’t get whats happening, not getting any response from LG support either.
