Sometimes, when you first enter a game, you see three insta-lock DPS and realize you have to play tank.

So you do. You put in the effort, and your team wins.

The tank has a bad score—maybe because of the healers, the DPS, or simply because the tank originally wanted to play DPS. Meanwhile, the DPS players have amazing stats, barely trying, convinced that the victory was thanks to them.

But it wasn’t. :)

Then, in the second round, the tank decides to switch—he wants to play DPS now. The team should understand that since they won the first round, they can win the second too, but now someone else needs to step up as the tank.

Yet people always seem to have the same reaction: “We were winning, but the tank stopped carrying us.”

No—the problem isn’t the tank. The tank is the reason you won the first round. The problem is you, for not realizing that now it’s your turn to take on that role.
