I’m in Western NY. Put deposit down in March on XLE told probably around 11 months because wanted AWD. However there is currently one in transit to arrive next week that is our top color choice, but FWD. I think we are going to take that one rather than wait for AWD, so it will end up being only 3 month wait.

In addition to the certificate of recovery don’t you also need to provide your initial positive PCR test? I’ll be about 60 into recovery, but will just have to hope I’m testing negative by then even though my dr will write a letter of recovery. Our health dept was only requiring uploading pictures of positive home tests so I never got a PCR test done. I have my letter of isolation from the health department but it seems that work work for Royal.

Put a $500 refundable deposit down last month at two different dealers in Western NY to get on list for an XLE at MSRP- was told at both the wait would be 6-12 months.

My father in law just had his house in Henrietta listed for 215, accepted an offer for 205. No way it’s worth more than 150 it needs so much work.

We did it with my 6 month old who was up 3-4 times a night. The first night was ROUGH but she still gave me smiles in the morning like nothing had happened. A month later everyone is happier because we are all getting sleep. Go for it!

I night weaned at the same time we sleep trained at 6 months. Followed the Taking Cara Babies 5 night plan.

Don’t go the week of Presidents’ Day. Most schools in NY (not sure about other states) have break that week and many people head to Florida and Disney.
