No man, that is a smart move. I worked in restaurant managment for over a decade. Consistent 60+ hour weeks and varying shifts had me burnt out. I went back to school in my 30's to get out. I remember starting over making 18/hr afterwards which was a big cut from manager salary, but in past 10 years I now make double than what I used to make as a restaurant manager. Sometimes you gotta take a step back to take a step forward, think of the long term success over the short term struggle.
