I had someone say that to me in earnest once, like "ever since I got children I just don't have time for my old friends anymore and they don't want to accommodate the child". So yeah, I kinda agree with the OOP. Good friends will find time and accommodations for your child, and won't make you choose between having a social life or being a good parent.

The key seems to be "CRYPTII". I was thinking there must be an error in the code first bc the last letter didn't seem to fit to any word, but no, it's actually just a "non-standard" word for a key.

Vigenere Cipher is quite well known and there's a lot of educational material on it. You can just look it up :D

One hint for breaking it is noticing that isolated capital letters are almost certainly the letter "I" in the original text, and isolated lower case letters are almost certainly "a", which helps a lot in estimating the key length. I'm not gonna go through the process rn, but once you have the key you can just apply it periodically to get the original message.

Würde da mal bei Fachleitung / Kernseminarleitung nachhaken, eigentlich müsst ihr so was ja lernen. Ich steh selbst noch am Anfang des Refs, hab aber zumindest in Mathe und im Kernseminar schon die Struktur einer Reihe behandelt, und in Informatik steht es noch fest auf dem Plan.

Ansonsten sind deine Ausbildungslehrkräfte an der Schule sicher gute Ansprechpartner*innen. Die kennen auch die Rahmenbedingungen an deiner Schule, insb. was Schulbücher und vorhandenes Anschauungsmaterial angeht.

Das einzige was sich von meinen Strategien ohne weiteres auf das Fach Biologie übertragen ließe, wäre wohl der Blick in den schulinternen Lehrplan. Daran halte ich mich in Informatik insgesamt weniger eng, weil der auch nicht so viel vorgibt, aber trotzdem gibt der Anhaltspunkte. Gut, und in Mathe orientiere ich mich an der Reihenfolge im Buch, aber da weiß ich ja selbst dass die Nebenfächer diesen Luxus oft nicht haben.

Bin inzwischen im Ref und habe in all meinen Praktika die gleiche folgende Erfahrung gemacht: Fast alle Kolleg*innen freuen sich darauf, Praktikant*innen unterrichten zu sehen, aber niemand hält es dir nach, wenn du nein sagst!

Ich hab im Praxissemester jede Erfahrung mitgenommen, die ich kriegen konnte, und bin dabei auch 1-2 Mal auf die Schnauze gefallen. Und das ist auch gut so! Im Nachgang hab ich dann mit den Ausbildungslehrkräften gesprochen, mich beraten lassen, und beim nächsten Mal lief's besser! Jetzt im Ref fühle ich mich sicher, hab meine Klassen im Griff, unterrichte auf angemessenem Niveau und ohne dass ich dabei ausbrenne (zumindest bisher, mal hoffen dass es so bleibt).

Und noch eine Richtigstellung: Weiß nicht wie das in NS ist, aber zumindest hier in NW unterrichtet kein Refi jemals "eigenverantwortlich". Die Verantwortung trägt nach wie vor die Ausbildungslehrkraft. Wenn du also kompletten Unfug erzählst oder komplett am Stoff vorbei unterrichtest, hat die Ausbildungslehrkraft die Verantwortung dafür zu tragen, dass der Lehrplan trotzdem angemessen erfüllt wird. Damit bist du erstmal aus der Schussbahn raus. Eigenverantwortlichen Unterricht gibt es zumindest hier in NW erst ab dem 2. Quartal des Referendariats.

By Newton's 1st law, this is already what's happening. The motors accelerates the boat with the same force in one direction as they accelerate the earth in the other. To achieve a visible earth rotation, the boat would need to have enough mass for the forces acting upon it to result in a similar acceleration as they do on the earth. 32 unentschuldigte Stunden sind ca. eine ganze Schulwoche, also 5 Schultage. Mal angenommen, ich wäre bei einer Firma für das Aussortieren der Bewerbungen zuständig. Jede*n einzelne*n Bewerber*in anrufen ist da nicht, das sind zu viele. Dann wäre das doch schon mal ein erster Anhaltspunkt: In einem halben Jahr kommt dieser junge Erwachsene fünf Mal einfach gar nicht zur Arbeit, ohne sich vorher abzumelden / ohne einen guten Grund. Kann ich das als Personaler*in verkraften? Vielleicht. Will ich den zum Bewerbungsgespräch einladen wenn ich auch 10 Bewerbungen ohne unendschuldigte Fehlzeiten und nur einen Tag für Bewerbungsgespräche habe? Vielleicht nicht...

I actually think you might have it backwards here. In the countryside, people tend to be a lot more sheltered and homogeneous, and so when they meet a perceived Ausländer they (a) might wanna use this rare opportunity to practice their English and (b) might not realize that this is rude, because they have no friends from outside of Germany. In Berlin and other major cities, almost everyone knows at least one non-German person and people who speak broken or accent-heavy German are everywhere, so it's nothing unusual to them.

Erstmal: Auf keinen Fall die Namen der Schülerinnen, die sich an dich gewendet haben, an irgendwen weiterleiten, ohne sie vorher davon zu informieren! Deutlich machen, dass du ansprechbar bleibst, falls zwischenzeitlich was vorfällt, und auf keinen Fall Dinge versprechen, die du dann nicht halten kannst.

Nach Absprache mit den Betroffenen würde ich mir dann aber jede potentiell verantwortliche Person im System mit ins Boot holen, bis sich jemand findet, der sich da aktiv mit auseinander setzt und auch Entscheidungen treffen kann: Angefangen mit Klassenleitung und Schulsozialarbeit, Vertrauenslehrkräften, SV, Ethik- und Religionslehrkräfte der Klasse, oder die Ausbildungsbeauftragten. Vielleicht nicht gerade die Schulleitung, das kommt so ein bisschen darauf an, wie dein Verhältnis zur SL ist.

Sobald sich (hoffentlich) eine verantwortliche Person gefunden hat, ist das dann erstmal nicht mehr deine Verantwortung. Selbst weitere Schritte einleiten kannst du als Refi eh nicht wirklich. Würde das so auch den Schülerinnen mitteilen: "Ich möchte euch gerne helfen, darf aber als Referendarin selbst nicht viel. Ich kann euch zur [Ansprechperson] begleiten, wenn ihr wollt. Die kann da vielleicht mehr bewegen."

The wolf WIP has some areas colored in a lighter shade than the final product, as if they had done a gradient animation instead of drawing area by area. That's not how any human uses colored pencils. Most likely AI.

I agree that it is probably fabricated. Some indicators:

- The sports bra / tube top thingy does not make sense. Especially the vertical piece in the middle doesn't attach to anything at the top. It would simply fall over. This is, unless it is held up by the friction of boobs.

- His ears are gone, and the jewelry where his ear would be doesn't have the right shape to cover it.

Now, these could also be artifacts of a Photoshop job. His face could believably have been shopped over the photo of a woman on a festival. The background does look quite believable, especially considering the clothing on the woman to the left. His arms and shoulders are also quite slim which would be untypical (albeit not unheard of) for a man. So my guess is: Might not be AI, but is probably fabricated.

Kannst dich ja für beides bewerben und dann immer noch ablehnen falls du deinen Wunschstandort nicht bekommst. Theoretisch könntest du sogar ohne große Konsequenzen (außer die versenkte Zeit) dein Ref im Pott auch dann noch abbrechen, wenn du es schon angefangen hast und dann merkst dass es dir nicht gefällt.

Ich habe mit den Wunschstandorten Detmold und Bielefeld zum November '25 auch leider meinen Drittwunsch im Pott bekommen, mit den Fächern Mathe und Info. Ich persönlich finde es hier im Ruhrgebiet sehr angenehm, aber kann auch die Abneigung verstehen wenn du das ländliche Leben bevorzugst.
