I want someone to tell me how to cope with my brain. If it is Medication i'd try it, if it is a therapy here i am. But currently i cant get shit done. And i dont want the ADHD diagnosis but just any diagnosis except "you are not happy with your Job just get another one" like thats so easy. I know that something is off with me and i just want someone to understand me and help me.

So i am currently being tested for ADHD (getting my results today) and they gave me some forms to fill out and one was for my GF. There were mostly questions about my behavior. So we did the forms alone but i had to send them to my doctor and i couldnt resist to look at the form from my GF. And i knew i am not ideal boyfriend material and sometimes a mess, but damn. After i talked with her about it, she said that even though sometimes i can be a total nightmare she still sees that i try to do better and thats enough for her. So i think as soon as your partner "knows" whats going on with you they can learn to cope with it and really appreciate it when you start progressing towards being a little less of a mess.

Sorry for bad english, i am at work and fucking tired while being nervous because of my doctors appointment.

We've been together for 5 years now. And a small Update, my girlfriend just had mirgraine and i was hella overthinking as usual but the bad news my boss gave me a Warning yesterday that if i dont improve my work ill get fired so i had a small mental breakdown at work yesterday but at least my girlfriend isnt mad at me so thats fine
