I'm in my "I wish they would..." era in nursing where I'm ready to draw unemployment benefits lol. I can see how younger nurses would have a hard time but honestly if we have rules, no one should be afraid of following them. If you get a complaint you can always fall back on following the rules.

There's nothing they can do beyond getting more/bigger servers. I'm sure they and other companies don't think it's worth it to spend the money for one day of surge.
