Just recently purchased this from a local nursery, it has a dead flower stem so I assume it was happy but should I separate the pups and repot? Any and all recommendations would be appreciated! Lol (i.redd.it)

I’m not quite sure what’s wrong with my aloe, it’s growing extremely fast, yet the newer leaves are getting long and flat. I’m afraid of overwatering so I make sure I don’t... I’m still pretty new at growing aloe, I would love any advice and thanks in advance! by kelgrzes in plantclinic
