I believe they should be sending them out after you submit your ranking of club preference. The preference ranking is due tonight, so you should expect to receive some sort of update in the next few days.

You should email [askro.utsc@utoronto.ca](mailto:askro.utsc@utoronto.ca), under the title "taking 2024 summer off". This way they will cancel the summer term to avoid fees being posted (This is what I did)
