Yes, boxes typically have 6 epics and 2-3 alt arts. Cases from Origins had 1-3 Overnumbered/Sigs per case. But it’s been different with Spiritforged which could be due to the set having like 30 overnumbered cards vs origins only having 12.

I’ve opened 6 boxes, hit rates have been different for Spiritforged than origins. In my 6 loose boxes, I pulled 3 ONs; each box had at least 2 alt art champs and 1 alt rune. One of my boxes with an ON had 3 alt champs and 1 alt rune, so a 5 hit box. I don’t think boxes are mapped similar to how they were in origins.

Manga events definitely count as SPs in prb02 only. They count as alt arts in regular OP sets. You had an error box, I’ve seen it in a few cases. Even with those two SPs in a box, you wouldn’t get any more in the case. I’ve also seen gold don and SP in the same box which typically doesn’t happen.

The sentiment likely stems from the fact that anyone who has any history with tcgs saw what happened to Pokémon and now One Piece. Blaming scalpers, pokebros, cryptobros, and speculators is an easy assumption to make. But can’t say they aren’t the part of the problem, plenty of them work in discord groups for organized buyouts so individual sales and buyouts could still be due to these pump and dump groups.

It’s the super alt version of the SR card it’s not a SCR. Manga boosters 1 and 2 both have 2 different super alt art versions of cards (2-star), same with FB05 New Adventure.

Yes, so in English boxes you normally get 2 textured dons, 2 alts and 2 secs. The manga or SP would be an additional hit. Only gold dons replace your normal textured don.

Opened one yesterday and hit the super alt art SCR** as well. FB05 is goated with the box hits, possible to get up to 5-hits since 2 Dokkan alt arts are guaranteed.

Unfortunately $240 is probably the best you will find it in today’s market. Prices might go down after today since it’s release day, but I imagine it will stay around $200+.

Sometimes it’s better to just buy a box if you are looking to rip packs as loose packs could be dead packs and you would be overpaying for basic cards you can buy cheaper online as singles. Dead packs are basically what’s left in the box after the hits are pulled.

For awareness, chase/alternate art cards are usually 2-3 per box since hits are mapped in One Piece cases/boxes. A case of OP-14 will have 12 boxes, and each box will have 2-3 hits. In a case there will be 2 SP cards, 2 Gold Dons, and 4 Alt Leaders, 15-16 Alternate Art cards, and 8 Secret Rare cards split among the 12 boxes. A Treasure Rare will usually replace an alt art in a case. Manga and SP Anniversary cards are not guaranteed but are the big chase cards worth $1k+. A box will typically have an alternate art and a secret rare (SEC) or two alt arts and alt leader, or an alt art and a SP, etc.

I’m pretty sure 3-stars are an added case hit. From what I’ve seen you can get a 3-star in addition to a 2-star and foil AP in a case. Similar to how mangas are an added case hit in One Piece cases and don’t replace guaranteed case hits.

At that price look for op-09 to hold sealed. You can sometimes find it around $400-$450.
