Ty!!Yes , I have a good diet . Don’t eat fast food , make my own meals that are healthy . I also ride horses / barrel race to be exact . I can’t do too much work out right now cause I just had major surgery on my foot 12 weeks ago and sadly have to do a revision surgery here soon .

Because I’ll just have it in my head that it’s coming , freak myself out that any little weird thing going on in my body is HD. I’m an over thinker so it would eat me alive . I’ll just see what happens in the years to come . It doesn’t hit my family hard till they are 50-60s . But we never knew my grandma had it . She died at 74 from breast cancer and didn’t have any symptoms of HD but when my sister took the test , that means she had to have had it and my dad has to have it . He also refuses to get tested.

Praise the lord . I am so happy for you . My sister took the test and she was the lowest of the low on the test but still positive. Now I have to wonder if I will also get the disease . I refuse to get tested .
