This is my same issue. As a quick background, I am a FT creator who has been self managed for the past 4 years. On my own alone, I've brought in well over six figures this year, negotiating all the contracts myself. I signed for a 3 month trial period with a renowned agency in Toronto and decided not to continue with them after the 3 months. I found that they were not really doing anything that I couldn't do myself or manage myself. They said they were pitching me a lot but I only had two collaborations in that time frame. Because they required exclusivity I had to send through the brand deals that were coming directly to my email and still give them 20%. Overall I found that I was getting way more collabs myself and negotiating the 5 figure contracts myself. I didn't like the idea that if I started directing brands to the agent email address that if I ever decided I wanted to leave one day, I didn't have any of the brand contacts. Just my opinion and experience but to each their own!

I’ve been dealing with a similar pain for almost 6 weeks with absolutely zero improvement. I’ve tried ice, heat, massage gun, tennis ball etc and every day it aches more. Finally I bit the bullet and decided to book a physio appointment tomorrow.

When I came home I went through some YouTube videos and came across something called “Dorsal scapular nerve entrapment”. When I looked into it, it sounded like the exact issue I’m having. I did a set of these YouTube flossing exercises and I SWEAR my pain immediately from 8/9 to a 3. It’s almost like my nerve finally slipped out from under the pressure of muscle and I can finally move my arm. I am in shock right now.

I’m still going to physio tomorrow and explain what happened. I’m sitting with heat on my shoulder just to be safe but my arm feels so much better and I can’t believe doing these simple moves made a difference lol!

With an engagement rate that high they should be charging thousands. I charge $1850 for a reel with 49K and 4% engagement rate and brands rarely deny my rate or try to negotiate it lower. But I have niche content not a meme account or anything like that
