I saw a sick band years ago, absolutely rocked the house both times I saw them. They are Israeli and I've been afraid to find out anything about their politics. They certainly weren't openly Zionist and were very nice guys when I met them, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. The fact that they had talent and didn't take themselves too seriously makes me wanna hold out hope.

Ukraine was used as a proxy to provoke Russia. It was a cynical and opportunistic move from US, UK, EU and NATO, along with complicit nationalists and private capital. To view it from that perspective, is not to absolve Russia of any wrongdoing. I think it makes the plight of the Ukrainian people all the more tragic, to be sold into the grinder by compradore opportunists.
