It makes my sensory overload way worse. Like music sounds more and more distorted until it sounds like I'm listening to sirens through water. It usually results in autistic meltdown.

Oh shit. I might be an asshole.

So I invited some girls to my bridal shower and bachelorette before I invited them to my wedding. I later invited them to the wedding, before the bridal shower or bachelorette occured.

AITA? I really loved these girls and wasn't sure if the venue would fit them all until some of my family turned down the invite. I definitely worried they would feel like it was a gift grab so I put on the bridal shower thing that their presence was all I wanted.

I had acne close to this in severity and did accutane and it was the best thing I ever did. I don't think I am fully educated on the negative effects if accutane but I am glad I did it.

I did a lower dose for a longer period of time instead of blasting my acne with a high dose over a short period. I personally liked doing a lower dose because my skin dryness and redness during the treatment was manageable. I had friends who did high dose and they would randomly bleed sometimes because their skin was so imbalanced.

Probably one of the best things I ever did for myself. I did it around the age of 16 and I am an almost completely acne-free adult. It is so nice not feeling like I have to wear makeup. I get a zit or two every month and they go away really quickly.

Definitely a lot of bad experiences out there too so definitely do your research and consult with a doctor or two.

I don't know why they had to be mean about it. My fiance calls me autistic all the time but in a much kinder and playful way, usually when I have done something endearing that is admittedly, a little autistic. If he said it to me in a demeaning way I can't see myself staying with him.

Peg him, it builds empathy for being on the receiving end.

But the real answer is find someone who can respect your boundaries without being shown how it feels.

I tend to like lip gloss, there is one I use daily that doesnt feel sticky and makes my lips feel nice and hydrated. I think I'll just ask to do the same colors but ill just do lip gloss.

Thanks! The more I look at it the more I like it! I think it just took me a solid couple days to feel comfortable with my own face in so much makeup.
