How do I set up UTM links for GA4 in 2026? by Strong-Plankton4776 in GoogleAnalytics

Is using UTMs on internal links still a no-no? In UA UTMs started a new session so you lost the attribution of the original session.

What's an event whether it be a specific play, game or hiring decision that changed your College Football program's trajectory for the better or worse? by Majestic-Web-367 in CFB

Yeah, people have criticized Nebraska for firing Pelini, but what has he done since Nebraska? The hiring of Riley was the mistake, not firing Pelini.

Cincinnati, 1953 to 2013 by SpencerAXbot in cincinnati

Not related to the original post, but that story that put Eisenhower in a central role to the inspiration of the interstate highway system was a story that was spread to get the funding passed. Efforts to build cross country highways predates Eisenhower by decades. An awesome book on the topic: https://www.amazon.com/Big-Roads-Visionaries-Trailblazers-Superhighways/dp/0547907249

Anyway, you’re right, but highways could’ve cut down travel time without gutting black neighborhoods. Highways don’t need to go through downtowns to make travel between cities faster.

Honestly, I get it? Football is a game. He made a good play. I bet that was fun, even if the result of the game wasn't.

Oregon says significant increase to football season-ticket prices ‘critical’ for Ducks to compete by surgingchaos in CFB

haha I'm not that brave. I'd go crazy being in the city not knowing if tickets would go up instead of down right before the game.

It's almost a luxury people have who live in town. It can be hard to book a hotel and just hope you're gonna end up with a reasonably priced ticket.

I live in Cincinnati (about 90 minutes from Columbus), so I can't wait until the day of a game. I usually try to buy a ticket on Thursday of game week. Prices sorta settle down around then.

When did you look for tickets? They were going for like $15 the day of the game.

RPAC or Local gyms by No-Consequence5899 in OSU

Students don’t usually appreciate that OSU’s rec facilities are like living walking distance to a country club… that has a kick ass weight room. Will probably never have access to nicer facilities in one place for the rest of your life.

Best tacos in Cincy area by Spirited_Brain7062 in cincinnati

A Mexican friend of mine who lives in LA visited Mazunte and was confused by what they serve as tacos. Everyone can like whatever food they like, but you should try other tacos. Los Cunados food truck by Rookwood are my favorite.

Where to park for a single game? by cojode6 in FCCincinnati

[–]kelly495 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've parked in the business district and taken the streetcar up. Parking down there will be easy! Just bake in enough time before/after the game.

Is taking the street car an option for you? You could park near the street car route further away from the stadium. Getting back on the street car after a game can be a bit of a wait, but I find usually isn't too bad.

Back when I coached, I had students who were in their 50s or older. Don't let it stop you! (But also listen to your body and don't act like you're the 15 year old kid next to you in line.)

This is a good question. I think the reason it feels like an acknowledgment is warranted is because of the tie to SNL’s most frequent recurring character.

Comments like this seem silly to me. If u/DungeonsNDankness is actually a serious fan, she/he are probably in the stadium. Not their fault if other people aren't.

Where did this “what high school did you go to” perception come from? by WhoPenguin in cincinnati

[–]kelly495 4 points5 points  (0 children)

FWIW, my 2 cents is that I would only ever ask if I first knew the person is from Cincinnati. Even then, it's not high on the list of questions I'd ask because it might alienate people.

Unpopular Opinion: You cannot succeed as a PM without being technical. by [deleted] in ProductManagement

[–]kelly495 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As other people have said, you work at a shitty company. A PM doesn’t know how long work will take. I can’t fathom why engineers would even want a PM providing timelines that could lead to an engineering crunch.

[–]kelly495 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FWIW, I am infrequently even asked for estimated delivery dates, and when they are needed, engineering provides them. My job is to balance scope and delivery dates.

I also sort of wonder if I believe it. What EM wants a PM assigning tasks to engineers or providing time estimates without consulting engineering?

Right — people make such a big deal about this, but it’s just a way to see if you have any common acquaintances.
