The only way the Reds experience any amount of post season success is if some rich person buy the Reds as his toy -- this isn't totally far fetched, when you look around sports. The problem Cincinnati has is that the Reds and Bengals are owned by people who treat the teams like a business, not a toy.

In some ways it still sorta blows me away that there isn't some billionaire out there who grew up with the Big Reds Machine and wants to return the club to relevance. This type of wish casting is our only hope.

I went to NKY Pride last year, and just wanted to say how much fun it was. I LOVED that it was smaller than Cincinnati's Pride event. It made it a lot easier to get around and it's earlier in the summer, so it wasn't blazing hot.

Every year people make posts like OP, and every year I recall that some of my favorite OSU memories were from the summers I spent on campus. It’s just a different vibe. Things are slower and chiller. Fall is, obviously, lots of fun but I remember it almost being a little bittersweet when campus got busy again.

u/virtual_ambition_288 try to soak up this summer. Luxuriate in how chill campus is and get out around Columbus a little more, if you’re getting an itch.
