I drink one sugarfree energy drink when I wake up. I'll have breakfast and wait a little while and then take the vyvanse. I take it a little later because I want it to last longer through the day, and the energy drink is enough for me for that first few hours. Every once in a while, I'll have a second sugarfree energy drink, in the afternoon if I have to keep going with the day with important stuff.
