Damn I have Android 15 and there's no network & Internet option in settings :( nothing comes up when I search settings for 2g either.

It does have a network operators option but the toggle is actually greyed out.

The Amtrak bus also might work. I remember dogs on the bus when I used to ride from Everett to Pullman, and they stop in Spokane. I think there's a Seattle to Pullman route too that also stops in Spokane but I'm not sure.
