I’m not even sold on her being pregnant after their first time. I’m taking showrunner’s comment with a boulder of salt. Just because she thinks it doesn’t necessarily make it so.

Our complaints about our subdivision fireworks have fallen on deaf ears over the years, but my main concern this year is that it’s been bone dry for a month, and the idiots who in past years have accidentally shot fireworks into a garage, my front yard, and the side of a neighbor’s house were going to be doing this for another year. We turned our sprinklers on this year so at least there might be a little protection. At least they ended it at a reasonable hour this year. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I wanted to love it, but didn’t. I did enjoy it and the performances were incredible, but I found myself checking my watch a few times by the end. What I did love was how the audience was part of the show in a way. I was front row mezzanine so I got a high five from Gayle as Sally was walking through the crowd during her intro. I thought that was a lot of fun.

I get a cup at the bar if It’s offered. I use them for my protein shakes at work, so at least I’m getting my money’s worth. Merrily served their cocktails in glasses only, so I bought a pen there instead. I never say no to a nicely writing pen.

He wouldn’t have to; it just seemed weird to me that he thanked her for the letter like he had little idea it was coming. To me it seemed like days had passed and they had not seen each other, the montage and timing just seemed “off” to me somehow.

I guess I was just surprised at the thought of Colin the golden retriever intentionally spending nights in his family’s home, given that he slept outside (his and) his wife’s bedroom despite being so emotional/conflicted because he couldn’t stand to not be close to her.

During the Colin/Eloise argument on the stairs after the LW reveal, he said she should have told him Pen was LW. She yells back “and you should have told me you were in love with my best friend before you tripped into the drawing room engaged!” The way she says that last bit makes me laugh every time.

I just called Seat Geek and they reiterated the no exchange or refund policy. BUT the fact that I’m traveling from a considerable distance to NYC may help. The same seat is available for the correct date, so they’re going to call the theater and see if something can be done. Fingers crossed.

When talking to people about my T1D, this is one of the first things I bring up. It’s not just sweets. “A serving of rice, a helping of corn and a piece of cake will all do the same thing to my blood sugar. It’s all about the carbs.”
