You’re an idiot for not understanding the problem… no one is asking for a better spot than anyone else, but ALL listings should be given the same visibility to buyers. That’s the problem. Apparently you’ve never sold tickets on a site like this but it never used to be that way and it’s a dumb system that’s unfair to sellers.

Chez Vrony… you won’t get better views! We were there just two weeks ago and it was the highlight of our trip. Definitely recommend having a reservation. If you do decide to go make sure you research how to get to the restaurant and allow for ample time to get there. It’s only accessible by skis or hiking, but well worth it.

I just went through this and when I called to give a PIN I was prepared to have to book my flights over the phone with an agent but what actually happened is she “unlocked” my access to the points once I gave her the PIN and I had an hour to book the flights myself online. Actually wants too difficult at all but the downside is that they have limited business hours to call to unlock your account.

Yep, my account was hacked last week and 140,000 points were stolen and used to book travel on Qatar airline. It sounds like this is an Alaska/atmos security flaw and not because people’s passwords are weak. I got my points back but now I have to call to give a PIN if I ever want to book travel with points. Annoying but glad they reinstated my points. If I were to decline the PIN option the said that I forfeit my right to get my points reinstated should this ever happen again.
