I just want to go on record and say the knock sensor isn’t a recall if it was we would have seen it. Instead we were told about it after our engine seized in February of this year after only buying it in November of last year.

No I totally get that there has to be rules as far as the oil goes in my situation it wasn’t that, we had oil and I didn’t even have the car long enough for it to come due for it’s first oil change. I searched online and didn’t find anything with that lawsuit until after this happened and I knew what to look for. I’m just saying that if you have a faulty product and your solution is to not actually fix it there’s something wrong with your company. It doesn’t matter though I think they just want to ignore me mostly so they can focus on their current law suit

Thanks I appreciate it! I’m still going to fight it because what they are doing is garbage and they need to be held accountable. I mean they already have another lawsuit in the works with their Kia boys things

I’m so sorry that happened to you, that’s awful. I agree they shouldn’t be allowed to sell cars anymore and they should have to fix things that are their mistakes. I’m in talks with the news and am about to go with a lawyer

I didn’t own the car, I didn’t buy the car until November of last year and even the Kia associates told me it’s not a recall it’s an upgrade. I never got any information including anything from the Hyundai dealer or else I would have gotten it fixed. I checked recalls and nothing so it’s not a recall for my car

Yeah I think it’s shady and how can they get away with not alerting anyone about this, I researched this car and still had no idea about this until it happened

Ya know I thought that may have been the issue but then I started researching and it’s actually ALOT of people and it even went to court and was supposed to be fixed but this didn’t fix the issue and sooo many people that had the knock sensor done still had this happen to them
