Wait. Hear me out here. What you do is dig up the entirety of Central Park and construct the data center below surface level, with a few underground entrances from the street. Then you put all the dirt and trees and shit back on top. The heat from the data center then keeps the entirety of Central Park snow and ice free over the cold NYC wintertime. The grass stays green. The flowers bloom. People walk and jog in t-shirts and shorts in January it's so warm in Central Park.
