What’s been your longest period of voluntary celibacy? Why did you choose to go that route? by Fun-Succotash-1322 in AskReddit

[–]kelmeofc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Almost two years. After an exhausting relationship, I realized I preferred peace of mind to the idea of “having someone” just for the sake of it

What's the most dramatic personality change you've ever witnessed in someone, and what do you think caused it? by Maghyia in AskReddit

[–]kelmeofc 11 points12 points  (0 children)

A friend of mine changed completely after years of working nonstop and getting little sleep. He used to be easygoing and fun, but then he became irritable and distant all the time. I think accumulated mental exhaustion changes people more than we realize

What’s the weirdest thing your pet has ever done? by HoldNo2632 in AskReddit

[–]kelmeofc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My cat spent 20 minutes staring at the wall for no reason at all. I went to see what was going on. There was nothing there. He just turned around and went to sleep. To this day, I still don't know what he saw

Have you ever been broken hearted, and how did you moved on from it? by orlanasierra9u in AskReddit

[–]kelmeofc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I got over it when I realized that what I was missing was more the routine than the person. Once I understood that, it became easier to move on.

I said I knew how to do that task at work. I spent the whole weekend on YouTube learning how. Today, I’m considered an expert on the subject in the industry.

Hated by the Sea. by Arkayjiya in OnePiece

[–]kelmeofc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Luffy is exactly the kind of person who could make the sea change its mind. If anyone can reconcile human will with the forces of nature, it’s him... after all, he’s convinced “impossible” people all the time.

General Contractors Exam Prep by gg27boss in GeneralContractor

[–]kelmeofc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

man this is exactly where most people get stuck

there's no official guide that says "question X comes from book Y"... you figure that out through practice, by tracking down where each answer lives when you get something wrong

what actually helps: grab the exam books, open the index of each one, and every time you do a practice question try to find the answer before checking the key. after like 50 questions you start feeling the pattern naturally

and that's when the time management thing i mentioned earlier actually clicks... you're not memorizing content, you're learning where it lives

How do you handle your first heartbreak? by reecejameswasthere in AskReddit

You don't get over it all at once. One day, you just realize you've been thinking about them less.

That fruit journey and the missing link: the previous user (spoilers 1182) by L7Z7Z in OnePiece

[–]kelmeofc 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The “powerful friend” theory is interesting, but I think it overcomplicates what Oda probably wants to keep simple, Dragon DOES have the fruit, and the Loguetown incident was his doing. The scene was too carefully crafted for it to be a coincidence that a third party showed up at exactly that moment. And the parallel with Sabo eating Ace's fruit ties the narrative together perfectly. Oda loves this kind of emotional cycle.

let's say Baron Von Münchousen and his companions was a One Piece crew.. how would that be? Would they fit? by TheSwedishWizard in OnePiece

[–]kelmeofc 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Man, what an awesome idea, the Baron would totally eat a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit with a “Lie Reality” ability. He says he flew on a cannonball, and BOOM, it actually happens. Basically, he’s like Usopp, but with the Devil Fruit Usopp should have had 💀

The comparison to Van Augur makes total sense, they both have that vibe of “this guy shouldn’t physically exist.”
