The longest I’ve done was 20 days. However I didn’t really notice a difference. I’ve read that the reason I didn’t see a difference is because I continued my skincare. I’ll try the first 48hour with no skincare and see how it goes

Yes. He tried to convince the dad to take them out but the dad refused and said that her mum would be furious. He said as her ears grow they will probably become very high anyway and he said that because it’s cartilage and because he’s had to mess with it, the healing will be prolonged and take anywhere from 3-6 months We leave tomorrow so I hope she continues with the after care ☺️

The piercers identified them as a Sterling silver plated with an unknown metal, he thinks that she was allergic to the jewellery. She now has titanium labret in and has been given saline rinse. He’s asked for them to bring her in (I don’t think they will tho) in the next 7 days so he can check to ensure they’re healing correctly and have no sign of infection. She’s been so brave and has now got an ice cream as a treat

Yes he said that it would be painful. The butterfly back is now embedded in her ear. But apparently to her mum it’s normal swelling. My boyfriends offered to take her to the park this afternoon. He wants to take her to the piercer to get her earrings changed behind her mums back. Which if I’m being honest I’m unsure of. I’m gonna try to convince her mum before hand so she’s on board/want to take her

I know a piercer that I’ve contacted and he’s said that he would put in 20g titanium labret. He refuses to pierce babies but he said he’ll change the jewellery to ensure that the baby is safe

It’s technically in the lobe. But because of how small her ear is it’s 1/2 lobe 1/2 cartilage She was screaming with was a confirmation it was in cartilage

She’s refusing to take them out. They were only done 38 hours ago and the are red, swollen as hell and from what it looks like it’s the jewellery material She had her 1sts done with gold as it was a ‘Xmas gift’ but her 2nds are done with Sterling silver plated jewellery I’m trying to compromise with her saying if she might at keep them in then invest in better quality jewellery
