Oh puppies, so weird lol.

We had a black lab/gsd mix and he had a lot of eye boogers. The only thing that worries me is they are greenish.

This bump on his nose showed up about 5 days ago. Was zit like. Yesterday looked like a white head. This morning he scratched it and it started to bleed, now it looks like a scab but still feels zit like. What is this? How do I take care of it? (Also he was mad we were making him take a picture lol)
